Selling your home
You can sell your home whenever you wish to do so.
Shared Owners who own less than 100% of their property need to contact us and follow the procedure to assign their lease. Freeholders and leaseholders that have staircased to 100% and own their property outright can sell the property on the open market but are still required to inform us of their intent to sell.
