Our charges

As a homeowner you will be required to pay for certain services, including staircasing, lease extensions and remortgaging, in order for us to carry these out as effectively and efficiently as possible and cover some of the costs we incur. These include administrative costs, professional fees to surveyors and solicitors and other appropriate charges for the service requested.
