Burst water main in Caledonian Road. If you are a Barnsbury Estate resident and you cannot access your home or are in need of additional support, please come to the estate community centre. This is a dry space and we have staff onsite.

Service charges

Service charges are payments by a resident towards the cost of services such as cleaning of communal areas, street lighting on estates, gardening and safety checks.

When you receive a service charge statement it will be broken down to individual items. Below you can find a glossary of terms to explain these, as well as frequently asked questions about service charges.
