At Newlon we take customer satisfaction very seriously. As a result we are looking for residents who want to become Mystery Shoppers.
As a Mystery Shopper you will measure how well we deliver our customer service through telephone calls or via email. This is all done from the comfort of your home.
The feedback you provide will be used to improve the services we provide.
Good communication skills are essential, and you will need to report back fully by filling in a survey during or shortly after each exercise. It is important to be professional and non-biased when evaluating our service.
Each exercise you undertake will last roughly one hour and you will receive £30 worth of gift vouchers per exercise.
Before you can become a Mystery Shopper you will need to come along to a training event. The training courses are usually held at our office at Newlon House, 4 Daneland Walk, Hale Village, London, N17 9FE.
The training will teach you what mystery shopping involves and what is expected of you. It will also help you with the skills required to do it.
