Asset Management Strategy
Newlon’s Asset Management and Investment Strategy sets out how we will look after and invest in our homes over the next five years. Our aim is to ensure every resident has a safe, comfortable and sustainable place to live, both now and in the future.
The strategy has been shaped with residents and reflects the things that matter most to them:

- Reliable services.
- Strong communities.
- Clear communication.
It also helps us plan ahead, so we can keep homes in good condition, meet national standards and make the best use of our resources.
Over the next five years, we will focus on:
- Keeping homes safe, warm and well-maintained
- Further enhance the quality of our information so we can make better decisions
- Reducing delays in Cyclical works
- Completing building safety improvements more quickly
- Reducing backlog of planned investment and work with residents who are less satisfied
- Preparing homes for a greener, more sustainable future
