Health and wellbeing support this winter for Haringey residents
If you are a Newlon resident living in Haringey there are a wide range of local services you can access to support wellbeing and mental health all year round and during the winter months.
Wellbeing café
OK Foundation’s Community Café (Lordship Rec Hub) | Haringey Council
The OK Foundation aims to promote sustainability and community well-being through its weekly program. You can join in for free food and community support at Lordship Hub, with hot meals from 12 noon to 2pm.

Reggaeactivity
Reggaeactivity sessions are offered free to all residents in Haringey, with an aim of encouraging people who are less active, over 50s, girls and women, people with disabilities and BAME communities to get involved.

Haringey Warm Welcome
Haringey Warm Welcome is a network of inclusive, warm, and welcoming spaces across the borough that are run by local businesses, organisations, and places of worship.
These spaces provide a warm, safe place for residents to go, meet new people get some refreshments, and take part in fun activities. Everyone is welcome.

Mind in Haringey
Mind in Haringey provides a programme of wellbeing activities that are designed to help you build confidence, improve your social skills, and help you to feel less isolated.
The wellbeing centre operates from Monday to Friday and offers a range of activities such as gardening, walking for health, yoga, singing 4 wellness and joy amongst others.
A counselling service is available at low cost.
