Rent Increase Arrangements
The annual rent review has been undertaken in accordance with the organisation’s rent-setting policy. For 2026/27, most rents have increased by 4.8%, reflecting the approved CPI + 1% methodology applied within the rent review model. Individual rent changes remain subject to applicable rent caps and regulatory requirements.
Average Rents by Tenure
The average weekly social rent will increase from approximately £155.34 to £162.79, while average affordable rent will increase from £276.45 to £289.72. London Affordable Rent properties will increase from £203.18 to £212.94 per week
Collection Rates
The organisation continues to maintain high levels of rent collection performance. During the first four months of 2026/27, collection rates remained above 98%, with performance peaking at 100.03% in June 2026, reflecting the successful collection of current rent and arrears balances.
