Newlon runs a variety of services, projects and activities to support their residents. Our main objective is to help build strong communities through various projects and services.

Local authority support
Financial support
Local authorities provide support to residents who find themselves in financial hardship and are unable to afford essential items or living costs. Most schemes provide vouchers for food, energy bills and white goods.

Wellbeing support
Wellbeing is commonly defined as ‘the feeling of being comfortable, healthy and happy in your own skin’. At Newlon we take our residents’ wellbeing very seriously. The Financial Inclusion team are available to help residents in financial hardship with employment advice and welfare benefits advice.
