Developments
Despite the economic downturn we continue to be one of UK's leading developers of new affordable housing and have maintained our Investment Partner status with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
We own and manage more than 7,000 affordable homes across north and east London and have a further 1,000 currently in development, including 542 affordable homes in Hale Village and 109 behind Tottenham Town Hall, both in Haringey. We are also the lead social housing provider in the ‘Arsenal on the move’ project - one of Europe’s largest regeneration schemes. We have already provided more than 1,100 new affordable homes as part of the programme that supported Arsenal FC’s move from Highbury to Emirates Stadium, with a further 350 in construction at Queensland Road.
