Patchworks

Work has started on the new Patchworks development. The former Homebase site in Walthamstow, Waltham Forest will have a total of 583 energy efficient homes when completed. Newlon is providing 156 Affordable Rent and 72 Shared Ownership homes within Patchworks.

This scheme is due to be handed over in phases from the spring of 2027 with completion due in April 2028.

Coppice Wood Lodge

Coppice Wood Lodge, a disused care home in Grove Road, Arnos Grove will be demolished to make way for a new development that will provide 40 apartments; 12 for Affordable Rent and 28 for Shared Ownership.  There will also be five houses for market sale.

Due for completion early 2027.
