Station Square West

On the site of a former garage, Station Square will deliver 117 Shared Ownership and 11 private sale homes.  This will be one of the first development to be delivered as part of the Tottenham Hale Masterplan.

This development is due for completion in May 2021.


City NorthCity North

Borough: Islington

This is a high quality scheme in a prime location with direct access to Finsbury Park station and a numerous retailers. On completion there will be 47 affordable homes and 308 private sales, of which Newlon are providing 28 Affordable Rent and 19 Shared Ownership.

The expected completion date for the development is early 2020.


Buxton RoadBuxton Road

Buxton Road is a former cinema, located within the St James Conservation area of Waltham Forest. It is a medium sized development of 48 Shared Ownership homes.

The development is currently on course for completion in 2020.

Situated along Fairbanks Road in Tottenham, Monument Way is being built on a former local authority brownfield site on the edge of an existing estate. Newlon are providing 54 Affordable Rent homes, with the provision of new landscaping.

The scheme is on course for completion in late 2021.


Chase FarmChase Farm

Located on the grounds of Chase Farm Hospital, this Enfield based scheme consists of 26 residential flats and houses with a mix of Affordable and Intermediate Rent.

The development is on course for completion in April 2019.


Alma - Phase 1Alma – Phase 1

This is the first phase of the regeneration of a former council estate. The master plan includes 1009 new homes, a youth centre, a community hall, a gym, a health centre and local shops. On completion, there will be up to 200 Shared Ownership homes, 200 Council homes and approximately 600 private homes.

The first 35 Shared Ownership homes are due to complete in early 2020

A canalside development within Tower Hamlets of 184 homes, of which 14 are Shared Ownership, 6 Intermediate Rent and 37 Affordable Rent.

The completion date for the whole scheme is early 2020.
