Buxton Road

Buxton Road is a former cinema, located within the St James Conservation area of Waltham Forest. It is a medium sized development of 48 Shared Ownership homes and is being marketed as Dominion Apartments.

94 Linwood Crescent

A small development of 7 rented homes, including a wheelchair accessible apartment, working with MEPK architects.

Due to be completed in 2022.

Monument WayMonument Way

Situated along Fairbanks Road in Tottenham, Monument Way is being built on a former local authority brownfield site on the edge of an existing estate. Newlon are providing 54 Affordable Rent homes, with the provision of new landscaping.

The scheme is on course for completion in 2023.

Work has started on the new Patchworks development. The former Homebase site in Walthamstow, Waltham Forest will have a total of 580 energy efficient homes when completed. Newlon is providing 142 affordable rent and 86 shared ownership homes within Patchworks.

This scheme is due for completion in March 2025.

Alma 2

This forms part of the regeneration of a former council estate. The master plan includes around 1000 new homes, a youth centre, a community hall, a gym, a health centre and local shops. On completion, there will be 199 Shared Ownership, 200 rented and approximately 600 private homes.

This another part of the Alma 2 development. Newlon will provide 27 affordable rent, 7 shared ownership and 28 London affordable rent homes within this phase which is due for completion in September 2023.
