Finance Business Partners (two posts)
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We are looking for two Finance Business Partners to build strong relationships across the organisation and positively influence behaviours in order to achieve key financial goals for the Newlon Group. The Property and Development Finance Business Partner will be responsible for managing the fixed assets and capital works programme for the Group. The Housing Finance Business Partner will be responsible for reviewing, suggesting and implementing improvements to financial accounting and other information systems.
With proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role, the ideal candidates will hold a full membership qualification with an accountancy body (e.g. CIMA/ACA/ACCA). Both roles require experience of working with auditors and industry regulators, as well as preparing year-end accounts, annual budgets, forecasts and management accounts.

You will also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
