Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic finance professional to join our team. This position is being offered as a developmental role. The ideal candidate must meet, at minimum, the criteria marked as essential in the person specification. Once you are fully trained, you will be competent to carry out all duties outlined in the job description.
We are looking for someone who is part-qualified and actively working towards full membership of a relevant accountancy body. You will have experience in managing debt portfolio and property register. Experience of maintaining a treasury management system and data integrity. You must have experience working within the Housing Association sector in a treasury role. The ability to design and implement reporting systems is also essential, along with first class communication skills.

Salary: £48,000 to £64,347 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunity to earn performance related bonus
