Administrator – Asset Management (fixed-term contract until June 2026)

Description

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Asset Management team and provide support to ensure an effective repairs service is provided to all Newlon residents. You will have a wide range of administrative duties including sending out letters, updating cases, monitoring work emails, making after care calls and satisfaction surveys, data entry, uploading certificates and assisting in meetings. You will also be required to handle customer enquiries that relate to these areas of work.

With proven experience of working in a customer-led service environment, dealing successfully with appointment bookings and customer complaints, you will have first class customer service and communication skills with the ability to deal with awkward customers and express yourself clearly. Good IT and database skills are also essential, along with an understanding of repair issues relating to maintenance of properties.

In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme. You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

To apply, please email your CV and supporting statement to recruit@newlon.org.uk by the closing date.
