Description
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in facilities or office administration to assist the Office Manager in maintaining and managing high quality office facilities at the Group’s Head Office, delivering the Newlon Way service standards to all users of the building and enhancing and promoting the Newlon brand and business interests.
You will play a key role in keeping the Head Office running smoothly by managing a variety of facilities and workplace services. Working alongside your team, you’ll help manage supplies, catering, and the stock room, as well as administering parking permits, fobs, and Oyster cards, you’ll ensure staff have everything they need to work effectively. You’ll also support office moves, space planning, equipment set-ups, and carry out DSE assessments to maintain a safe and productive environment.
In addition, you’ll work closely with the Facilities Manager on compliance and safety, helping to deliver statutory inspections and testing, and ensuring the effective management of building systems including legionella, fire safety, mechanical and electrical services, CCTV, and lifts. Proven knowledge and experience of health and safety procedures and compliance requirements is a must.

Salary: £34,344 per annum plus eligibility to earn up to 5% performance related bonus
