allpay direct debit error: getting reimbursed for charges

Due to an error with allpay’s systems, this month some of our residents may have had direct debit payments taken from their account twice by allpay.
If you were affected then the duplicate amount would have been credited back to you on 11th December.
However, if your account has incurred charges as a direct result of allpay’s error, please send the necessary details (a copy of your bank or building society statement) to firstname.lastname@example.org so they can reimburse you.
