Newlon shortlisted for 2016 First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards

We are pleased that our Cannon Road development has been shortlisted for the 2016 First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards, for Best Large Development

Cannon Road, which sites on the site of a derelict former rubber factory on Tottenham High Road, has 222 homes in a mix of tenures. One of the most unique aspects is the 22 storey tower, entirely dedicated to Home Ownership. There are also low rise social and Intermediate Rent homes, and a new primary school.
