Hale Village
First new homes at Hale Village
We are building 542 new affordable homes at Hale Village as part of this major regeneration programme. The first of these - 102 new apartments at De Havilland Court will be available for people to move in at the end of November. De Havilland Court features a communal courtyard and rooftop gardens and many of the homes have their own balconies. If you are registered with London Borough of Haringey and are interested in finding out more about De Havilland Court please visit our De Havilland scheme information page.
Newlon has moved to Hale Village
On the 3rd October, 2011 we moved into our new offices at Hale Village. Our brand new, purpose-built HQ is just a few minutes walk from Tottenham Hale Station. Teams from our Group members Newlon Fusion and Outward are also based here. The new offices are well connected to public transport networks and are much easier for the majority of our residents and visitors to get to than our previous offices in Hoxton .

As well as our new offices we are also building 542 affordable homes at Hale Village as part of one of London’s largest current regeneration programmes. It will transform this large area of former industrial wasteland into a vibrant urban village beside the River Lea, providing new high quality affordable homes and jobs for local people.
Hale Village is a key part of the exciting regeneration of Tottenham.
