Newlon Fusion is the award-winning community regeneration arm of the Newlon Group that aims to create sustainable and economically strong communities. The team currently deliver regeneration programmes in partnership with local authorities, local people and community groups across north and east London.

Newlon Fusion delivers regeneration programmes, including community activities, training and employment opportunities.
The programmes' objectives are to enhance the employment prospects and skills of residents and other local people and to encourage employment opportunities by supporting and working with local community based businesses and organisations. Newlon Fusion also promotes activities that celebrate and improve community spaces both visually and through innovative usage – the aim being crime prevention and improvement of community safety. Their programmes also enhance the quality of life, health and capacity to contribute to the regeneration of residents and other local people, through the promotion of cultural and sports opportunities.
