Newlon a winner at UK Housing Awards

We are pleased to have won the Outstanding Contribution to Promoting Home Ownership category at the UK Housing Awards, which was held at the Lancaster Hotel on 26th April. We were up against strong competition so were pleased to walk away with trophy.

The category was open to any social landlords helping to increase access to sustainable home ownership. To win required us to prove we have developed a successful and innovative approach which improves the affordability and sustainability of home ownership, and which opens access to ownership to a broad range of people.
