City Services win Estate Inspection Contract

We recently went through a thorough process to procure a contractor for our concierge and estate inspection service, to ensure value for money.

We received interest from 38 companies. We shortlisted these and invited six to submit full tenders, which were assessed against cost and quality criteria. Residents were also consulted to get their opinions.

The winning bid came from City Security Services Ltd, who have been successfully providing this service for a number of years. The process confirmed they are still the best supplier of those that applied.
