Description

Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London.

We have an opportunity for an experienced individual with first class customer service skills to join our team in Barnsbury.

You will aim to deliver quick and effective solutions to all customers and work collaboratively across all teams to provide an outstanding and supportive service.

With proven experience in a customer focused environment, you will have outstanding communication skills and a good understanding of how to adapt services to meet the diverse needs of customers. You will have a good working knowledge of IT systems and databases and the ability to work well in a team environment.

In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi scheme.  You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project, and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
