New Resident Engagement Strategy 2026-2029 launched
8th Nov 2026
We’re pleased to introduce our new Resident Engagement Strategy 2026-2029, which sets out how we’ll work with residents over the next three years to strengthen trust, improve services and make sure residents have a meaningful voice in the decisions that affect their homes and communities.
The strategy has been developed in partnership with residents and builds on the success of our previous strategy, which achieved 95% of its objectives. It reflects what residents have told us is important and outlines how we will continue to work together to make a positive difference.
Our new strategy focuses on four key priorities:
Working together to improve
We will work closely with residents to identify what is working well and where improvements can be made, helping us deliver better services for everyone.
Clear communication, real action
We will provide clear, timely information and make sure residents can see how their feedback leads to action and positive change.
Your voice at the heart of decisions
We are committed to ensuring residents have opportunities to influence decisions and help shape the services they receive.
Your strategy, connecting communities
We will support stronger community connections and encourage residents to play an active role in creating thriving neighbourhoods.
By focusing on these priorities, we aim to ensure residents are informed, involved and empowered partners in shaping safe homes, excellent services and vibrant communities. We look forward to working together over the coming years to deliver the ambitions set out in the strategy.
We have published two different versions of the Resident Engagement Strategy;
