As part of the 16 Days of Action Against Domestic Abuse, Newlon pledges to take meaningful action to protect our residents and end violence against women and girls.
Domestic abuse can happen behind any door—and we will not look away.

We commit to:

• Responding with empathy and confidence
• Connecting residents to the right support services

• Promoting our pledge to staff
• Educating our teams about violence against women and girls
• Encouraging participation in Domestic Abuse Awareness training
• Empowering staff to speak out and call out abusive behaviour
