My Newlon – temporary service downtime 2nd-3rd May

Due to planned maintenance work and an upgrade of the system, the My Newlon portal will be temporarily unavailable from 7pm on Friday 2nd May until 11pm Saturday 3rd May. 

If you have an emergency repair during this period please phone 020 7613 8080, where a recorded message will direct you to our out of hours service provider.

If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour and the situation is dangerous or threatening you should always call the police.
