Service Centre staff training – Wednesday 21st February and Tuesday 5th March

Some of our Service Centre staff will be in training on Wednesday 21st February and Tuesday 5th March and as a result of this there are likely to be delays when answering calls.

As an alternative we encourage you to use the My Newlon portal to report issues and pay rent .

However if you have an emergency/urgent repair it’s important that you still call us.
