Ezinne Ogbonna appointed Newlon’s Business Development Director

Following an extensive recruitment process Ezinne Ogbonna has been appointed as Business Development Director here at Newlon, succeeding Caroline Pennock who retired at the end of March.

She joined us in 2006 and was promoted to the role of Deputy Business Development Director in 2011, having previously worked in housing development at Gateway Housing Association.

Ezi has overseen many of our major developments and takes on the lead role at an exciting time, as we currently have more than 1,000 new homes in development. We also successfully completed a £135 million heavily oversubscribed private placement in autumn 2018 to underpin our ongoing development programme and commitment to providing new affordable homes in north and east London.
