Why work for Outward?

As an Outward Support Worker, you will get comprehensive core induction training, as well as the opportunity to take lots of additional training courses, from epilepsy training and food hygiene to administering medication and managing challenging behaviour.

Outward also encourages its staff to further their career in social care through recognised qualifications, such as NCFE Accredited Distance Learning Short Courses, which are all fully funded (you do not pay for them).

They have lots of other workplace benefits, including 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time contracts), a scheme that entitles you to tax breaks on childcare costs, paid maternity/paternity and compassionate leave and many more.
