Cannon Road scoops top award

We are pleased to have won Affordable Housing Development of the Year for Cannon Road at Inside Housing’s Top 60 Developments awards. A ceremony announcing the winners took place on 14th October.

Cannon Road sits on the site of a derelict former rubber factory on Tottenham High Road and provides 222 homes in a mix of tenures and a new 420 pupil primary school developed in partnership with Tottenham Hotspur FC.  The site includes a 22 storey high specification residential tower entirely dedicated to Shared Ownership, as well as lower rise social and Intermediate Rent homes.
