Newlon appoints Wates Living Space as new repairs contractor

Following an extensive and competitive procurement process we are pleased to announce the appointment of Wates Living Space as our new responsive repairs and maintenance contractor. They will be responsible for providing a range of repairs and maintenance services for our nearly 8,000 homes

The new contract formally commenced on 3rd August and runs for an initial period of five years. We have already been working closely together to prepare for the contract to go live. It is hoped to extend the partnership so that Wates can take on cyclical and major works commitments further into the contract.

Wates is also actively supporting our programme to help residents into employment through a range of apprenticeships and community initiatives.
