Parking

Parking arrangements vary across our homes and neighbourhoods because each scheme has different levels of available parking space and different design considerations. Some schemes have allocated parking spaces, some have shared parking available on a first come, first served basis, some have disabled parking only, and others have no parking provision at all. Where parking is available, residents must follow the parking rules for their scheme to help ensure spaces are used fairly and safely.

To help keep parking areas available for authorised users and prevent misuse, most of our parking schemes are managed by an independent parking enforcement company.

We want parking arrangements to support safe, well-managed neighbourhoods. By having clear rules and independent enforcement, we aim to ensure that available parking spaces are used appropriately and remain accessible to the residents who are entitled to use them.
