Tenancy Compliance Officer X3
Newlon Housing Trust is a successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London. And right now, we’re looking for three Tenancy Compliance Officers.
You will take a leading role in delivering a range of administrative and legal solutions to tenancy breaches and other infractions. You will be responsible for Newlon’s ASB function, ensuring actions taken are legally compliant and take into account the interests of Newlon and the customer.
All Tenancy Compliance Officers are expected to take ownership and responsibility for the issues under their control and prioritise workloads or resources to deliver quick solutions to our customers. You will work collaboratively across teams and departments to deliver the highest standards of service to our residents.
