Providing 8,000 affordable homes across north and east London, Newlon Housing Trust is a fast-growing and award-winning charitable housing association. Our residents are at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to delivering high quality services to meet their needs.

We now have an opportunity to work with, and assist, the Income & Service Charges Teams in delivering value for money services for the Newlon Group by providing an excellent administration service to both teams. You will work with our customers to provide them with the information they need and assist with any queries they may have.

Having previously worked in a housing or finance environment, with experience of delivering administrative duties, and with strong customer focus, you should be proficient in Excel, have the ability to adapt and learn new packages as the need arises, and use of MS Word, web and email applications is essential. An effective communicator with the ability to work with people at all levels, you will be organised and meticulous in your approach and be committed to delivering the highest quality of service. You should be capable of managing your workload in an efficient and organised manner, as well as having the confidence to work with or without supervision. You will also need to have a flexible approach to your working day, as well as the ability to work with accuracy when undertaking administrative tasks relating to tenancies, housing income and service charges, as well as dealing with routine functions such as photocopying, filing and scanning of documents.
