A people person with the ability to communicate proactively and effectively at all levels and able to establish good working relationships with service teams. Having previously worked in a similar role, you will have good knowledge of billing and collection routines and sound experience of dealing with external contacts and customers ranging from local authorities, companies and to private customers or their representatives.  You will also have a background of working with operational colleagues to resolve customer queries that are delaying payment and experience of using Excel to an intermediate level and computerised accounting packages, in particular SUN Accounts would be helpful.

In return, you can expect 27 days holiday, a non-contributory pension, excellent benefits and a flexi-time scheme. You’ll also be working out of purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village regeneration project and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
