Assistant Director – Business Development

We are a fast-growing and successful charitable housing association and one of the major providers of new affordable housing in north and east London. And right now, we are looking for an Assistant Director – Business Development to join us.
Ensuring that our current programme and ambitious plans for the next decade are successfully delivered will form part of your key priorities in this post. You will be assisting the Business Development Director by contributing to corporate goals and playing a lead role in the Business Development Team. You will play a key role in the Newlon Group’s Business Development activities in order to achieve our objective to expand the number of quality homes we provide.

You will be working at our purpose-built offices that form part of the award-winning Hale Village project and are situated just two minutes’ walk from the major transport interchange at Tottenham Hale.
