Newlon seeks expressions of interest – repairs contract

Newlon Housing Trust is a fast-growing charitable housing association working in boroughs across north and east London. We currently have a mixed tenure portfolio of nearly 8,000 homes.

We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a long-term contract for the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance, including works to void properties.

We may also choose to add planned and cyclical works programmes to the contract after April 2016.

Expressions of interest need to be registered via the portal by 5pm on Thursday, 13th November.

Pre-Qualification Questionnaires need to be submitted via the portal by midday on Monday, 24th November.
