Newlon's Eco Family Meet our Eco Family - from left to right - Liz, Monique and Micaela of Hackney

They were chosen from dozens of Newlon families to take part in our year long challenge to encourage residents to be more green, in partnership with environmental charity Global Action Plan.

Each month our Eco Family were set tasks by Global Action Plan that helped change their behaviour's so that they became more environmentally friendly. At the end of the year we saw how much money and energy usage they have saved by being more green in their home - and the results were astounding!

We hope that by following their journey in our monthly updates and on here you were inspired to follow in their footsteps to save money, save energy and the world!
