Newlon News
We want our newsletter to be as relevant to you as possible so we are always looking for ideas, or better still, articles written by you. Take a look at the Newlon News page for the latest editions of the newsletter. 

Estate Agreements
This is a new method, currently being arranged, to give you better information on our services if you live on an estate.

The aim is to be clear about what your responsibilities are and what standards you can expect of our services. Residents will be consulted as the Agreements are being written, and at the end of each year so we can get your opinions on what we can do to improve. We will then update the Agreement where necessary for next year.

Resident and Staff Joint Estate Inspections
Residents can accompany staff on routine inspections to check that the standard of cleaning, maintenance and gardening is as good as it should be.

Focus groups
You could be involved in a focus group to discuss a particular issue in detail.
