Information
We give you information in a variety of ways. This is to ensure that you are aware of your rights and responsibilities; the services that are available to you, the standards that you can expect of them and how well Newlon is doing at achieving those standards.

This may be through reading our newsletter - Newlon News, logging on to our website or by reading the annual Residents' Review sent to you in the post every autumn. It could also be through attending meetings such as your Residents' Association or the annual reviews of your Estate Agreement.

Postal Surveys
This is a very easy and effective way to get your opinions heard and genuinely help improve services. We survey our new residents soon after they have moved in, current residents on different areas of Newlon's services and hold an independently run satisfaction survey every three years.

If you complete a survey we will use this information to identify problems and work to improve them.

Telephone Consumer Panel
This is a group of residents that we get opinions from over the phone. It only takes ten minutes or so and gives you the chance to participate very easily at your own convenience.
