If you would like more information about any of the options below, please contact our Resident Involvement Officer Ewan Moar on 020 7613 8084 or at ewan.moar@newlon.org.uk.

Residents' Forum
This group exists to make sure that Newlon residents are consulted in detail on all aspects of our activities, our standards and our housing polices. Meetings are held every two months at Newlon House and are attended by Senior Management staff. Members are also asked to sit on working groups to monitor such things as our repairs contracts. Two of the members are elected to sit on Newlon's Board and our Operations Committee, ensuring residents' views are heard at senior management level. New members are always welcome.

This forum is open to all leaseholders and is held every 3 months at Newlon House to discuss Newlon's leasehold services and how to improve them. One member of the Panel is elected to sit on the Access Homes Board to ensure that leaseholders' opinions are heard at the highest level.

Residents' Associations
We encourage and support people to set up Residents' Associations to act as a formal voice for their estate or area. They bring people together to ensure that we are providing the standard of service that we should be and to make the most of their community through projects and social groups.

There are Residents' Associations at Clissold Estate N16, Oyster Row and Lukin Street E1, Ashburton Triangle N5, Carronade Court N7 and Horseferry Road E14. New Associations are currently being formed in other areas.
