Ashburton Triangle

Forming part of the Emirates Stadium complex, Ashburton Triangle, a development of 249 flats for Key Workers, is the centrepiece of the affordable housing developed as part of the Arsenal Regeneration programme.

Designed by the same architects as the Stadium, HOK Sport, this stunning building is Europe's largest zinc-clad building.

The first residents moved into the Triangle in September 2006. The flats are for Key Workers for Shared Ownership or for rental at below market rates. This scheme is now completely filled.

The Triangle also accommodates a new Community Learning Centre.
