Celebrating 35 years of providing homes & servicesNewlon Housing Trust

Highbury Square

The Highbury Square is currently under construction and is being built on the site of the original Arsenal stadium.

The stadium’s magnificent east and west stands, which were built in the early 1900s, will be retained and converted and the existing pitch area will be transformed into a memorial garden. Then, to replace the existing north and south stands, two stunning new blocks will be created.

In total, the development will see the creation of around 700 new homes, 69 of which will be provided by Newlon. Six of these homes will be for disabled residents.

Some of our homes at Highbury are available as part of the Shared Ownership Scheme (part-buy, part-rent). Please visit this link for further details about finding a home at this historic development - www.shared-ownership.co.uk/developments/details.aspx

The development is being designed by world renowned architects Allies and Morrison.
