| Title | Newlon opens 1.000th affordable home at Arsenal |

Tuesday 9th October saw the opening of 9-17 Hornsey Street - a landmark development of affordable homes, built as part of the Arsenal Regeneration Programme, where almost 2500 new homes have been built in the last 3 years.
Cllr Terry Stacy, Deputy Leader of Islington Council and Executive Member for Housing and Communities, opened the building at a ceremony also attended by Arsenal FC Director Ken Friar.
Hornsey Street is located in the heart of Islington and contains 164 low cost apartments for local people and Key Workers for low cost rent or to part-buy/part-rent.
