Homes for Key Workers
About our Key Worker accommodation
We are committed to providing Key Workers with the opportunity to be able to afford to live in the areas of London where they work. To support this commitment we have developed an innovative kind of accommodation called Intermediate Rent, which provides rented accommodation for Key Workers at between 70-80% of private market rates.
We have a range of different types of Intermediate Rent homes including one and two bedroom flats and cluster accommodation - similar to traditional nursing accommodation where small groups of people share a self contained apartment.
All of our Intermediate Rent housing meets 'secure by design' standards and has been specifically designed with people who work shifts in mind.
If you are interested in finding out if we have any Intermediate Rent homes available please register online with First Steps London, http://www.firststepslondon.org/. We advertise all our Intermediate Rent accommodation on First Steps when it becomes available.
