Taylor Close

As well as making use of a previously undeveloped “brownfield” site, Taylor Close is one of the most eco-friendly buildings we have built so far.  Features include low-emissivity glass, sun rooms, rain water recycling and passive solar collectors.

In partnership with the London Borough of Haringey, we have developed 16 new homes.  Four of these are rented and eleven have been sold to key workers under the shared ownership scheme.  The one remaining home is a disability adapted home that was developed specifically for the John Grooms Housing Association.

The total development cost of £2.4 million was raised through Haringey’s Approved Development Programme.  The building was completed in 2005.
