Current Developments
Newlon is now one of the country's fastest growing Housing Associations, and over the last three years we have spent £185 million on the development of new affordable housing. Much of this work has been done as part of the Arsenal Regeneration Programme, where over 1000 new affordable homes have been created in the last few years. For more information on this see the Newlon at Arsenal section of this website. However, this has not been the only significant development completed in recent years.
