Walsham Court

Developed in partnership with the London Borough of Enfield, all eight of the flats in Walsham Court are being let through Home Connections – a choice-based lettings scheme which allows prospective tenants to view a range of properties online and bid for any they would like to live in.

The £1.26m development has been funded by Enfield’s Approved Development Programme.  The first group of flats was completed in 2004 and the remainder became available during the second half of 2005.

Because the development is located bedside a busy dairy, it incorporates a range of sound reduction measures – including acoustic perimeter fencing, acoustic wall and ceiling panels and acoustic ventilation units.

The development has been built in partnership with consultants Airey Miller Partnership and contractors Knighton Homes Ltd.
