Wagtail Close

Wagtail Close is a scheme in Enfield where residents have been closely involved in the development of the project throughout the process, and also chose the name.

The scheme, which was built on a large area of derelict land, consists of 12 houses and flats, with the surrounding estate having major work to the community gardens and an upgrade of door entry systems.

On completion, HRH Princess Anne visited Wagtail Close to officially open the scheme, where a community fun day was held.
