Grant Close

Named after the late MP Bernie Grant, Newlon’s first environmentally friendly scheme features facilities such as how emissivity glass, sun rooms, rain water recycling and passive solar collectors.

Grant Close consists of 13 homes and was built on the site of a derelict nursery.

Taylor Close, which is a similar scheme in development came about as a result of the successful collaboration between Newlon and London Borough of Haringey on Grant Close.
