Fenton Street

Also known as Commercial Road, Fenton Street is our new development in Tower Hamlets, E1. This central location is ideally situated for access to the City and westend with stations such as Aldgate East, Whitechapel and Shadwell just a 10 minute walk away.

This is a mixed tenure development made up of two seperate buildings. Units are available for Shared Ownership (part-buy, part-rent) and people referred to us from local authority waiting lists. Our supported housing partner, Outward also have some units in this development for residents with learning disabilities. Working with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets this new service has been set up to support people who are looking to live more independently in their own homes and has received positive feedback.
