Celebrating 35 years of providing homes & servicesNewlon Housing Trust

Hornsey Street 5-7

Hornsey Street 5-7 provides 300 homes for Key Workers, including teachers, nurses, and police service employees. It was the first of all the Arsenal Regeneration projects to be completed.

The first residents moved in to the building, which provides shared accommodation in a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, in October 2005. The building was officially opened by former Arsenal Player Ashley Cole and Councillor Steve Hitchins on 1st December, 2005.

With many Key Workers working shifts, security is a key feature of the building. The building has CCTV monitoring, while each flat has a sophisticated key-entry system. We also have an on site Short Term Intermediate Rent team at Hornsey St who are on hand to help the residents.

Stylishly designed with coloured glass walkways, Hornsey Street 5-7 is situated less than a minute’s walk from Holloway Road underground station.

To live at Hornsey Street 5-7 costs around £450 a month including all utility bills, council tax and housekeeping. To find out more contact the Short Term Intermediate Rent team on 020 7607 9132.
